Katherine McClintic is passionate about customer experience, team culture, and transparency, which all culminates in the art of communication. She is pumped to be on a team with a leader at the helm who embodies these values. Katherine’s career began as a dancer who needed a survival job and gracefully stumbled into a niche of product, sales and team management at Barnes and Noble, Kiehl’s Since 1851, and Central Presbyterian Church. These opportunities lead her to working in an online start-up and to becoming the Retail Store Manager for both online and in-store sales at LaDuca Shoes. At LaDuca Shoes she had the opportunity to daily connect with performers, costume designers, directors and choreographers while running customer service and daily operations for this large brand.
Katherine regularly dances for the stunning Pattaya Hart(Plu Sayampol), and has performed and choreographed several projects for the MFA program at Columbia University. As a lifelong learner she frequents dance classes, theaters and art galleries around New York City. Katherine can be found at home dabbling in poetry, songwriting and learning the ukulele and electric guitar. The platypus is her favorite animal because they are as multifaceted as she hopes to be.
Jonathan’s passion for creating art is matched only by his passion to enable others to share their stories. Working alongside Tony Howell + Company has allowed him to partake in the best of both worlds (much like Miley, if you will). After working for 3 years professionally as an actor in New York City while simultaneously building a visual media studio, Freeland Visuals, and a micro-roasting coffee company, Day-Dreamer Coffee Co, he found that he found an unmatched fulfillment in helping fan the flame within his fellow artists to share their stories just as he has been lucky enough to share his.
Jonathan recently released his debut solo record, Young & Proud which premiered at #1 on the Alternative Press "Discover Playlist" on Spotify. Between the hours of working with Tony and writing new music, Jonathan can be found in lower Manhattan training in Muay Thai (Thai boxing), in midtown trying to find his other ballet shoe at Broadway Dance Center, or uptown pouring some serious latte art at Manhattanville Coffee.
Tony Howell is a creative brand strategist for Emmy, Grammy, Tony, Oscar, and Olivier award-winning artists. His work has been featured by Google, Squarespace, SAG-AFTRA, Actors' Equity Association, and more. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he was an actor for 20+ years—performing on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and National Tours. Business acumen combined with performance experience make Tony a skilled storyteller, an expert at putting himself out there, and a lot of fun.
When not helping artists level-up, Tony can be found learning about life, business, and the arts. Tony loves spending time with his adorable dog, Max, flowing through a Vinyasa, and adventuring around the globe, ideally, with a cup of coffee in hand. Tony is a voracious learner and bold visionary who enthusiastically shares all his knowledge to uplift others and giveback. In addition to weekly free content and scholarships to his quarterly programs, Tony donates a percentage of profits to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and 100% of all the profits from his book, Artists to Artist to the ACLU. Tony is the type of person you wish was always around to introduce you at events, interviews and auditions as he is the ultimate cheerleader for his friends, employees, clients and colleagues.
