Here are the five stages to Raise your profile...

This is a step-by-step, but cyclical process.

Revisit each stage about every six months to truly keep things relevant and fresh.

Your brand is your name, face and reputation.

Think of Oprah, Ellen or Sting. We know them by reputation, face or just by saying their name.

Branding is about who you are, but it's more about who you want to be... how you want to be seen.

While my process includes your personal achievements and future goals (external), we'll also explore your artistic calling and special gifts—your deeper purpose (internal).

This way, we can come from a place of giving, versus seeking or asking.

Branding = Authenticity + Strategy

Legit Media

Professional photos and videos are legitimate media.

Branding is a bit more internal—figuring out how you wish to be perceived. Legit media does the external storytelling. 

Getting strong, legit media is so that new and existing audiences will buy into what you're selling! 

You have to show us—not just tell us. A picture says 1,000 words. A video doesn't lie.

No matter what you do, you need a great, professional headshot. However, you need more than just photos of your face!

It's best that you have a portfolio of marketing materials for various purposes: photos + videos, web + print, profile picture + cover photos.

The real reason you need a website? Your Google results.

You'll eventually lose your audience to other content on YouTube, IMDb, Wikipedia, etc.

A website makes it super easy for people to learn more about you (the story you want to be telling) and then... contact you!

Treat yourself like a product. Your website allows browsers to window shop. It's our job to show the world how you wish to be seen... then convert those browsers into subscribers, buyers or employers.

Not all websites are built the same—they come in all sizes, styles, prices and complexities.

I call my websites the "dream home" for two reasons.

First, you shouldn't have any shame inviting guests into your online home. Second, it should be designed as a vessel to manifest your dreams—a business tool that's working for you 24/7 and around the world.


Social Media

Social media is a powerful communication tool.

With the touch of a button, you can literally reach thousands of people or make an instant, intimate connection with one of your top VIPs.

Remember they're social networks, not social markets

Stop selling and start sharing—whether you're posting updates or simply engaging with others' posts.

Use social media to stay connected to the people and things that matter most to you.

Your email address, communication and signature all factor into how people perceive your brand.

You're sending and receiving messages daily. 

"Sent from my iPhone" is a daily opportunity loss. You're advertising for Apple, instead of yourself.
